This web site and the legal services offered in support of nursing home clients are the joint project of two Kansas City law firms. The Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson & Obetz, PC, law firm and The Law Offices of Tim Dollar handle their nursing home cases as a joint law project. Clients get two firms -- meaning additional lawyers and support staff -- to help litigate their claim.
